Homebase's pipeline adopts electrostatic powder spraying anti-corrosion technology, energy saving and environmental protection, instead of the traditional environmental pollution of the galvanized process, the product has better anti-corrosion performance.
Electrostatic spraying technology was first developed and applied by West German company Knapsack Griesheim in 1953. And in 1963 the French company Sames successfully promoted the application of electrostatic powder spraying technology so far.
The products of Homebase's pipeline system adopt spraying anti-corrosion technology. After 30 minutes of high-temperature curing, a layer of corrosion-resistant coating is finally formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the products. The neutral salt spray can reach more than 1000 hours, while the traditional ordinary cold galvanizing only takes 96 hours and hot galvanizing takes about 200 hours.
